In the May 15, 2007, Primary Election, the Democrats chose Bill Scott and Kathi Cozzone to run against the Republicans -- incumbent Commissioner Carol Aichele who will team with Terrence Farrell.

In the November 6, 2007, General Election, Democrats, Republicans and independents can choose any two of those four (two Democrats, two Republicans). The top three vote getters become the Chester County Board of Commissioners: one party gets two seats—majority control of our County; the other party gets the remaining minority seat.

For this battle to win majority control of the Chester County Courthouse — two of the three seats on the Board of Commissioners — Bill and Kathi have combined their campaigns, forming a joint committee called the Cozzone/Scott Team, which now has a new, combined website, CozzoneScott.org.
